Transforming Complexity into Clarity
We build ERP systems — operations, inventory, production, sales, finance and people — on a secure online database with periodic backups. And where you already run an ERP, we make it easier to use and cheaper to keep.
ERP built around how your business actually works — and cheaper to run if you already have one.
Most of the businesses we meet do not have a system yet — they have a habit that grew. Production on paper, approvals over messengers, and the number anyone actually trusts kept in somebody’s head.
It holds together until the month it does not: a shortage found after the customer was already promised, or a margin that turns out to have been wrong all quarter.
Two ways in, depending on where you start — and the same destination either way: one set of numbers, and a screen built for each person’s job.
For a business that has outgrown spreadsheets: one secure database and one screen per role — stock, sales, production, finance, people — built around how you actually work. Any industry; what changes is the configuration, not the code.
Already bought an ERP — Business Central, or anything with an API? We do not ask you to replace it. We put one clear web screen in front of each role: picking, receiving, approvals, credit, quotes, stock counts, and reports. Your ERP stays the system of record; people simply stop having to navigate it.
A per-user ERP charges the same for the storeman who checks one thing as for the accountant who lives in it. Give each of them a screen of their own and the licence behind them can be right-sized, and the per-user add-ons retired into it.
Typically a saving of between 40% and 60% of what those seats cost you today, every year. The arithmetic is here, and the audit costs nothing.
Not every job happens at a desk, and not every app needs a system behind it. Some stand on their own — a stock count, a delivery run, an inspection, a job card — with their own database and nothing else to install. Others plug into what you already run: Business Central, SAP, Odoo, Sage, or something written for you years ago. Phone, tablet or handheld scanner; if it has an API, we can build on it.
Asked for most: field sales — the order booked against live stock and real credit, the invoice numbered and printed at the customer. Works with no signal, syncs when it finds one.
Operational dashboards, landed cost and margin, shortage views, messaging apps and email alerts, and assistants that answer in plain language against live ERP data—for people who need the answer, not the report.
Whether we build the system from scratch or put a front end on the one you own, the same things hold: your data lives in a secure database , each person gets a screen shaped for their job, and nothing about it depends on a good internet connection to be usable.
A storekeeper sees stock and counts. A supervisor sees approvals. A driver sees today's deliveries. No menus, no modules, no training week — the screen only does the job that person has.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, automatic backups, role-based access so people see only their part, two-factor sign-in, and an audit trail of who changed what. Hosted where you choose.
We build against published APIs, never by bolting code into your ERP, so upgrades stay safe. You get the source. It runs on your hosting. We would like to keep supporting it, but you are not trapped.
Many of our clients work where connectivity is thin. Our front ends are built for phones, thin bandwidth and power cuts — light pages, offline-tolerant forms, and alerts that reach people on WhatsApp when they are away from a desk.
We start by understanding how the business actually runs today, and what it would be worth to change that. If the answer is "not much", we say so and you owe us nothing.

Not a client logo wall — the actual software, all of it in daily use. Some built from the ground up on our own platform, some on top of an ERP the client already owned. These are samples, not a menu: we build ERP for any industry, and what is not here simply has not been asked for yet.
an internal operations dashboard for Fayad Enterprise, built on Next.js over Dynamics 365 Business Central, with Supabase as a cache and annotation layer.
Shop floor, supervisor handover, maintenance and QA. Production staff never open the ERP — the app posts output, consumption and capacity journals into it for them.
Quotes, projects, timesheets, payroll and expenses, an approvals hub, and a dashboard that reads pipeline, collections and margin across every job in one place.
A till that keeps trading when the internet drops — offline-first, with receipt and shelf-label printing, customer statements and the numbers a shop owner actually looks at.
The problem we keep walking into, and what a system built around the work looks like instead.
Where the numbers live, what gets re-keyed, what breaks at month end. That conversation is free, and at the end of it you will know whether we can help — or whether we cannot, which we will also say.
Tell us roughly how the business runs today — on Business Central, on something else, or on nothing yet. We will come back within one business day with a first view of what we would build, and what it would cost.
